Seeking to be an amateur Andrew Zimmerman, the "eater of all things that seem yucky"?

Vancouver's Chinatown is the place to achieve your goals.  Just wander around the food stalls in Chinatown. 

You may stumble upon some gecko lizards on a stick.  Yum!

For dessert, these Chinese cookies and cupcakes look like they taste good, but the red ink stamp makes me worry!
